Detectors
Eco1000 Series Detectors
CONVENTIONAL – Photoelectric Smoke Detector Model ECO1003 A
System Sensor’s ECO1000 range of detectors. ECO1000 is a range of conventional detectors. The ECO1003 A photoelectric smoke detector uses a state of the art optical chamber combined with an application specific integrated circuit (ASIC) to provide quick and accurate detection of fires. A combination of the unique chamber design and other technically advanced features will significantly extend the service intervals before cleaning of the detector becomes necessary.
Features
• Low profile design • Low current draw • Automatic drift compensation
• Operates on 12 and 24VDC Systems • Remote alarm test feature • Easy Maintenance
• Range of detector bases available • Remote LED Option • Approved to EN54 – 7:2000 (Amendment 1) • Approved to MED 96/98/EC (Amendment 2009/26/EC)
CONVENTIONAL – Rate of Rise Thermal Detector Model ECO1005 A
The ECO1005 A thermal detector belongs to System Sensor’s ECO1000 range of detectors. ECO1000 is a range of conventional detectors. The ECO1005 A thermal detector uses a state of the art thermal element combined with an application specific integrated circuit (ASIC)to provide quick and accurate detection of fires. The detector incorporates both rate of rise and static elements and is suitable for all areas where the ambient conditions do not normally exhibit rapid changes in temperature.
Features
• Low profile design • Low current draw • 580 C operating temperature
• Operates at 12 and 24VDC • Remote alarm test feature • Easy Maintenance
• Range of detector bases available • Remote LED Option • Approved to EN54 –5:2000 Class A1R • Approved to MED 96/98/EC (Amendment 2009/26/EC)
CONVENTIONAL – Multi Criteria Photoelectric Smoke / Thermal Detector Model ECO1002
The ECO1002 multi-criteria detector belongs to System Sensor’s ECO1000 range of detectors. ECO1000 is a range of conventional detectors, which have been produced using the latest in manufacturing technology and supplied with an array of advanced features, making them ‘better by design’. The ECO1002 multi-criteria detector uses a state of the art optical chamber and a thermal element combined with a microprocessor, running sophisticated algorithms to provide quick and accurate detection of fires. The combination of photoelectric and thermal characteristics provides a faster response to ‘real fire’ situations, while at the same time reducing the risk of unwanted environmentally generated alarms

CONVENTIONAL – Reflective IR Beam Detector Model 6500R
6500R is a conventional reflector- type linear optical beam smoke detectors designed to operate as a component of a conventional fire alarm system. They operate primarily on the principle of light obscuration utilising an infra-red beam. Optical beam smoke detectors are particularly appropriate for protecting buildings with large open spaces such as warehouses, atriums etc.

Call Point
CONVENTIONAL – Call Point Model MCP1A-R470FG-01
Flush call point with 470 Ohm resistor and N.O. contact. Complete with glass. A simple modular design introduces plug-in terminations to the MCP series installation process. First fix installation permits all field wiring to be terminated to the plug, whilst the fascia element and lid are kept out of harms way. To help the installer further, a simple loop continuity device is included to aid checking of loop wiring before connection to the MCP and the fire alarm system. This new, standard, conventional, break glass offers both clean and monitored contacts in the same housing.
Features
– Plug-in terminations
– Improved aesthetics
– Monitored or clean contacts
– Anti-tamper features
– Interchangeable glass or re-settable elements
– Integrated design
– Single maintenan
